CIFI Holdings posts RMB1.08 billion contracted sales in June; H1 2026 total reaches RMB5.02 billion

In an unaudited operational update, CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. reported contracted sales of RMB1.08 billion for June 2026, generated from 101,700 sq.m. of gross floor area (GFA). The corresponding average selling price (ASP) stood at approximately RMB11,200 per sq.m., while contracted sales attributable to equity owners amounted to RMB610 million.
For the six-month period from January to June 2026, aggregated contracted sales reached RMB5.02 billion on 489,900 sq.m. of GFA, maintaining an ASP of roughly RMB11,200 per sq.m. Contracted sales attributable to equity owners totalled RMB2.72 billion.
Management noted that the figures are preliminary and unaudited, and may differ from future interim or annual financial statements.
