Samsonite Completes HKD 20.79 Million Share Buyback, Outstanding Shares Dip 0.10%

Samsonite Group S.A. disclosed a repurchase of 1.41 million ordinary shares on 26 May 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 14.59 to HKD 14.84 per share. The transaction carried a volume-weighted average price of HKD 14.69, bringing total consideration to HKD 20.79 million.

Following the buyback: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) decreased to 1.38 billion, down 1.41 million shares, or 0.10%. • Treasury stock rose to 90.24 million shares, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.47 billion.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 3 June 2025 authorising Samsonite to buy back up to 138.31 million shares. Year-to-date, the company has repurchased 10.94 million shares, representing 0.79% of the issued share base at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 25 June 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.

The board confirms that the buyback complied with all regulatory and listing requirements.
