The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has issued its official approval for the initial public offering (IPO) registration of Guangdong Zhongsu New Materials Co., Ltd.
The approval was granted on July 3. The company intends to list on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's ChiNext board, with Guosen Securities acting as its sponsor. The IPO aims to raise approximately 645.49 million yuan.
According to its prospectus, the company's primary business involves the research and development, production, and sales of modified engineering plastics.
Its main products are used in various sectors including consumer electronics, energy storage, automotive, and home appliances. The end products incorporating these materials range from mobile phones, smart wearable devices, and tablets to laptops, Bluetooth speakers, energy storage power sources, new energy vehicles, and household appliances.
The company's core product portfolio includes high-performance engineering materials such as modified PC, PC/ABS, PA, PPA, PBT, and PET. To meet specific client requirements for properties like electrical interconnectivity, low dielectric constant, high-temperature resistance, and waterproof heat dissipation, the company has also developed specialized functional materials, including laser direct structuring (LDS) materials, nano-molding technology (NMT) specific engineering materials, and ultra-high-temperature resistant special nylon materials.
