MillerKnoll's stock plummeted 14.31% in after-hours trading following the release of its fiscal third-quarter 2026 results.

The furniture company reported adjusted earnings per share of $0.43, missing the consensus estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $926.6 million, also falling short of the expected $941.96 million.

Furthermore, the company issued a disappointing outlook for the fourth quarter, forecasting adjusted EPS in the range of $0.49 to $0.55, significantly below the analyst consensus of $0.61. Revenue guidance of $955 million to $995 million also trailed the expected $993.2 million. The company cited an incremental operating expense of $8 million to $9 million in Q4 due to the direct impact of the Middle East conflict.
