Under this arrangement, Beijing Relpow Technology is responsible for product research, design, and manufacturing. Analog Devices leverages its brand influence and channel advantages to develop customer relationships and manage sales in overseas markets, while also providing chip support and participating in design verification and quality management. Patents arising from the collaborative products are jointly filed by both parties. This cooperation model effectively capitalizes on the respective strengths of each company in technological development and channel sales. For products developed for the domestic market, the associated patents are held independently by Beijing Relpow Technology.
