Genting Singapore reshuffles Board Committee memberships

Genting Singapore Limited announced changes to its Board Committee compositions, effective May, 1 2026.

The company said Helen Chen will join both the Nominating Committee and the RWS 2.0 Project Advisory Committee, while Chong Kin Leong will become a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Chong is regarded as an independent director under Singapore Exchange Rule 704(8).

Following these appointments, the Audit and Risk Committee will consist of Tan Wah Yeow (Chairman), Winston Hauw Sze Shiung, Wong Chien Chien and Chong Kin Leong. The Nominating Committee will comprise Tan Wah Yeow (Chairman), Jonathan Asherson, Wong Chien Chien and Helen Chen. The Remuneration Committee will include Winston Hauw Sze Shiung (Chairman), Jonathan Asherson, Wong Chien Chien and Chong Kin Leong. The RWS 2.0 Project Advisory Committee will be chaired by Winston Hauw Sze Shiung, with Tan Wah Yeow and Helen Chen as members.
