2. Shares pending cancellation Between 1 June and 10 July 2026 the company bought back 17 tranches totaling 16.41 million shares, all earmarked for cancellation. The volume-weighted average purchase price across these tranches is approximately HK$0.94 per share, implying an aggregate cost of about HK$15.47 million.

3. Cumulative progress under current mandate • Shareholders approved a repurchase mandate on 12 May 2026 for up to 297.13 million shares. • As of 10 July 2026, total buybacks under this mandate amount to 24.42 million shares, equivalent to 0.82 % of issued share capital on the mandate date. • Remaining capacity stands at roughly 272.71 million shares.
