Infinities Tech Maintains Stable Share Capital in May; Public Float Requirements Met

Infinities Technology International (Cayman) Holding Limited reported that, for the month ended 31 May 2026, there were no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital.

• Authorised share capital held at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 20.00 million.

• Issued share capital remained unchanged at 734.30 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares.

• Public float continued to satisfy Hong Kong Main Board Listing Rule 13.32D(1), maintaining at least the 25% minimum threshold.

• The Share Option Scheme adopted on 21 February 2020 saw no option grants, exercises or lapses during the month. While no options are currently outstanding, the scheme still allows for up to 54.60 million new shares to be issued in future.

• No warrants, convertible securities, other share issuance arrangements or treasury-share movements were recorded, and no funds were raised in May.

The company confirmed full compliance with all relevant listing rules and statutory filing requirements as at 31 May 2026.
