Wilmar International Limited said on Aug, 12 2026 that its 89.99-owned China subsidiary, Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd (YKA), recorded revenue of about S$23.2 billion for the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, a 6.2% increase from the same period a year earlier.
Net profit attributable to YKA shareholders rose 30.7% year on year to roughly S$433 million, while profit excluding non-recurring items grew 6.6% to around S$279 million.
Net cash generated from operating activities fell sharply to about S$189 million, compared with S$2.8 billion a year ago. Basic and diluted earnings per share rose to the equivalent of S$0.08 from S$0.06, and the weighted average return on equity improved to 2.36% from 1.86%.
As at Jun, 30 2026, YKA’s total assets stood at approximately S$44.1 billion, up 2.0% from Dec, 31 2025, while equity attributable to shareholders edged 1.1% higher to about S$18.4 billion.
YKA is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext Board, and its detailed half-year results are available on the exchange’s website, Wilmar added.
