China Resources Land launches shareholder election for electronic or printed corporate communications

China Resources Land Limited has issued a letter dated 29 April 2026 inviting new shareholders to select their preferred method for receiving all future corporate communications. The options are:

1) Electronic Communication Option – access via the company website (www.crland.com.hk) with email notification on the day of publication; or 2) Printed copies dispatched by post.

Shareholders are required to complete the attached Instruction Slip and return it to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by fax (+852 2861 1465), email (chinaresland1109-ecom@vistra.com) or post. The election can be altered at any time without charge by submitting a new Instruction Slip.

For those choosing electronic delivery, any shareholder who subsequently experiences difficulty accessing documents may request printed versions free of charge.

China Resources Land also confirmed that its Sustainability Report 2025 is published exclusively online under the “Social Responsibility” section of the company website and on HKExnews. Printed copies of this report can be requested by writing to Tricor at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
