TIANGE (01980) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of 38.554 million yuan, an increase of 279.47% year-on-year. However, the company recorded a loss attributable to owners of 9.306 million yuan, shifting from a profit in the previous year. The loss per share was 0.009 yuan. The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.02 per share.
According to the announcement, the loss attributable to shareholders was mainly due to several factors. Product incubation costs rose as the group strategically focused on investing in and incubating online interactive entertainment businesses across multiple regions simultaneously. Significant resources were allocated to product incubation, leading to increased expenses. Additionally, there was a fair value loss on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss. This loss primarily resulted from valuation adjustments of unlisted equity investments, driven by changes in the operational and financial conditions of the invested companies. The group also reported a fair value loss on investment properties, attributable to adjustments in real estate market conditions both domestically and in the United Kingdom.
