Ever Sunshine Services Group Limited (“ES Services”) disclosed board-level changes effective 30 March 2026. Executive Director and strategy committee member Zhou Hongbin will step down citing personal commitments. Zhou served as Group president from December 2017 to September 2025 and was appointed vice-chairman in September 2025. He will remain with the Group as senior strategic consultant. Zhou confirmed no outstanding claims or disagreements with the Board.

Concurrent with Zhou’s departure, Company Secretary and authorized representative Chan Yin Wah has tendered her resignation, also effective 30 March 2026. The Board appointed Oh Sim Yee as the new Company Secretary and authorized representative on the same date. Oh is an assistant manager at SWCS Corporate Services Group (Hong Kong) Limited, bringing more than 12 years of corporate secretarial experience. She is an associate member of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute (UK) since 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Victoria University, Australia.

As of 30 March 2026, the Board comprises Executive Directors Lin Zhong, Lin Zhubo and Zhou Di; Non-Executive Director Cui Xiaoqing; and Independent Non-Executive Directors Ma Yongyi, Yu Tiecheng and Cheung Wai Chung.
