Life Time Group Holdings Inc. (LTH) saw its stock plummet 9.86% in pre-market trading on Tuesday, following the release of its first-quarter 2026 financial results.

The company reported robust Q1 performance, with net income rising 15.8% to $88.1 million and revenue climbing 11.7% to $788.7 million, both beating analyst estimates. Adjusted EPS came in at $0.42, surpassing the $0.35 estimate, while adjusted EBITDA of $226.7 million also exceeded expectations. Full-year guidance was raised, with revenue projected between $3.32 billion and $3.35 billion.

However, investors may have focused on a slowdown in comparable center revenue growth, which decelerated to 8.6% from 12.9% in the year-ago period. Despite the strong overall figures and raised outlook, the tempered growth rate in a key operational metric appears to have triggered a negative market reaction in the pre-market session.
