Zylox-Tonbridge repurchases 120,000 H-shares at HK$19.01 each; treasury stock climbs to 11.30 million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed on 15 June 2026 that it repurchased 120,000 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$18.81 and HK$19.16 per share, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$19.01. The transaction cost HK$2.28 million.

Following the buyback, the company’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.036 % to 325.05 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 11.30 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises Zylox-Tonbridge to buy back up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 2.15 million shares, representing 0.64 % of the share count at the mandate date.

No repurchased shares have been cancelled; all 120,000 shares will be held as treasury stock. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 July 2026.
