Exploration-stage mining company Guardian Metal Resources, which focuses on tungsten and has projects in Nevada, announced the terms for its initial public offering on Monday. The company plans to issue 3.1 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of $16.35 per ADS to raise $50 million. Guardian Metal Resources intends to list on the NYSE American market under the ticker symbol "GMTL". Founded in 2021, Guardian Metal Resources is an exploration-stage mining company concentrating on tungsten and other minerals in Nevada. Its primary projects are the Pilot Mountain and Tempiute tungsten assets, both located in historically productive mining districts. In addition to tungsten, the company holds early-stage exploration assets for copper, gold, silver, and lithium. Current operational activities include engineering work to support a feasibility study for the Pilot Mountain project, along with ongoing exploration and resource definition drilling at the Tempiute project.
