On 22 July 2026, MEGAIN HOLDING (CAYMAN) CO., LTD. released a composite document detailing the unconditional mandatory cash offer and the accompanying Form of Acceptance.

The English and Chinese versions of the materials are now available on the company’s website (www.megaincayman.com) and on the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed communications will find hard copies enclosed with the notice.

MEGAIN recommends all investors to review the digital version of the composite document and future corporate communications to streamline dissemination and reduce paper usage. Shareholders preferring hard copies can submit the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, or email 6939-ecom@vistra.com. Printed documents will be supplied free of charge upon request.

Registered shareholders are responsible for maintaining a functional email address with the registrar. Without a valid email on file, the company will continue to send notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form until updates are provided.

Enquiries may be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The notification is issued under the authority of the board, chaired by Mr. Cheng Hsien-Wei.
