PCPD Holds Issued Share Base Steady at 2.04 Billion Shares in June

Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in the company’s share capital during the month.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.50 each, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion.

Issued Shares and Public Float • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood constant at 2.04 billion. • The company held no treasury shares. • PCPD confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement.

Equity Incentive Plans • Share Option Scheme (2025): No options were outstanding, granted, exercised or cancelled in June. The plan still allows issuance of up to 203.82 million shares, representing roughly 10.0% of current issued capital.

Convertible Instruments • Bonus Convertible Notes outstanding totalled HKD 20.02 million, carrying a conversion price of HKD 0.50 per share and potentially convertible into 40,042 shares. • No conversions occurred in June. Since issuance in 2012, HKD 592.55 million of these notes have been converted into 1.19 billion shares.

Overall Share Capital Movement • Total increase in issued shares during June: zero. • Total change in treasury shares: zero.

The company’s capital structure, therefore, remained unchanged through June 2026, with stable authorised and issued share figures and full compliance with listing requirements.
