Camping World Holdings Inc. (CWH) experienced a sharp after-hours plunge of 6.45% following the release of its fourth-quarter financial results.

The RV retailer reported an adjusted loss per share of $0.73, significantly missing the analyst consensus estimate of a $0.57 loss. This represents a 27.18% wider loss than expected. The company also posted a net loss of $109.1 million for the quarter, an increase of 83.3% compared to the same period last year. While quarterly revenue of $1.17 billion slightly exceeded estimates, the substantial earnings miss and widened losses appear to have driven negative investor sentiment.

Further concerning investors, Camping World announced that its board has paused the regular quarterly cash dividend program, citing a focus on debt reduction and the impact of recent tax law changes. The company also reported a decline in gross margin and provided guidance expecting gross margin headwinds in the first half of 2026.
