Keppel Infrastructure Trust Names Khor Poh Hwa as New Chairman

Keppel Infrastructure Fund Management Pte. Ltd. (KIFM), the trustee-manager of Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT), announced on Apr, 07 2026 the appointment of Khor Poh Hwa as chairman of its board.

Khor, aged 76, will take over from outgoing chairman Daniel Cuthbert Ee Hock Huat, 73, who is scheduled to retire following the trust’s annual general meeting on Apr, 29 2026.

Currently an independent director, Khor also sits on KIFM’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee and its Investment Committee. He previously served as KIFM’s first chairman from 2010 to 2015.

When the changes take effect, the KIFM board will comprise six directors, five of whom are independent. Khor will chair the Nominating and Remuneration Committee, while Susan Chong Suk Shien will lead the Board ESG Committee.

KIT said it has delivered a 96% total unitholder return since the 2015 combination of Keppel Infrastructure Trust and CitySpring Infrastructure Trust.

KIT is a diversified business trust listed on the Singapore Exchange with about 9.0 billion Singapore dollars in assets under management.
