Readboy Education Initiates Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

Readboy Education Holding Company Limited has instituted an electronic-only approach for all future corporate communications, replacing hard-copy mailings with digital distribution through the company website (www.readboy.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Key points • Scope of documents: Electronic circulation applies to directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. • Action required: Registered shareholders who have not yet provided an email address are urged to scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or return the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited to ensure prompt receipt of materials. • Default process: Until a functional email address is registered, the company will dispatch only “Actionable Corporate Communications” (i.e., documents requiring shareholder instructions) in printed form. • Opt-out option: Shareholders may request printed copies of all communications for one year by submitting the reply form or emailing readboy.ecom@computershare.com.hk, specifying name and address.

The initiative aligns Readboy Education’s investor-relations practices with Hong Kong’s paper-less guidelines, improving dissemination speed and reducing printing and postage costs.
