ZYLOXTB Buys Back 50,000 H Shares, Treasury Stock Climbs to 9.05 Million

Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (abbrev. ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it repurchased 50,000 H shares on 8 May 2026 through on-market trades on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HK$21.62 to HK$22.48, for a total consideration of HK$1.11 million and a volume-weighted average cost of HK$22.21 per share. The repurchase represented 0.0149 % of the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction.

Following the buy-back, the company’s share capital structure is as follows: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares): 327.31 million • Treasury shares: 9.05 million • Total issued shares (including treasury shares): 336.35 million

The repurchase forms part of a mandate granted on 30 May 2025 authorising the company to buy back up to 31.96 million shares. Including the latest transaction, ZYLOXTB has repurchased 6.23 million shares under this authority, equivalent to 1.90 % of the issued share count on the mandate date.

In accordance with HKEX regulations, ZYLOXTB is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals until 7 June 2026.
