Man Wah Conducts HK$7.60 Million On-Market Share Buyback, Cancels 2 Million Shares

Man Wah Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 2.00 million of its own shares on-market on 4 June 2026 under the general share-repurchase mandate granted at the 30 June 2025 AGM.

The transaction was executed within a price range of HK$3.76 to HK$3.84 per share, utilising a total of HK$7.60 million before brokerage and related expenses. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

Management highlighted that operating cash flow remains “strong and healthy,” and views the buyback as a means to enhance shareholder returns while signalling confidence in the company’s outlook.

The Board may consider additional repurchases subject to market conditions and its discretion. Investors are advised to remain cautious when dealing in the company’s securities.
