CIMC Repurchases 5.52 Million H Shares in May, Treasury Stock Reaches 66.95 Million

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) reported the following equity movements for the month ended 31 May 2026:

1. Share Repurchase Activity • CIMC bought back 5.52 million H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 21 and 29 May 2026. • Purchase prices ranged from HK$8.96 to HK$9.80 per share, translating into a total consideration of approximately HK$50.75 million and an average price of HK$9.19. • The repurchased shares were transferred to treasury, raising the H-share treasury balance to 66.95 million shares.

2. Changes in Issued Capital • Issued H shares (excluding treasury) fell to 3.02 billion from 3.03 billion, a reduction of 0.18%. • Total issued H shares (including treasury) remained unchanged at 3.09 billion, equal to the authorised H-share capital of RMB 3.09 billion. • No movements occurred in A-share capital during the month; issued A shares stand at 2.22 billion, with 85.06 million A shares already held in treasury.

3. Aggregate Treasury Position • Combined treasury stock now comprises 152.01 million shares (66.95 million H shares and 85.06 million A shares). • Treasury holdings represent roughly 2.82% of CIMC’s total issued share count of 5.39 billion.

4. Public Float Compliance CIMC confirmed that its H-share public float satisfied the minimum 5% threshold required for PRC issuers at month-end.

5. Authorised / Registered Capital Authorised capital remained unchanged at RMB 5.39 billion, split between H shares (RMB 3.09 billion) and A shares (RMB 2.30 billion).
