LX Technology completes HK$2.46 million share repurchase; outstanding shares dip 0.03%

On 17 July 2026, LX Technology Group Limited executed an on-exchange buyback of 120,000 ordinary shares for treasury, paying an aggregate HK$2.46 million. The transaction was carried out within a price range of HK$20.20 to HK$21.78 per share, implying a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$20.52.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.0345% to 348.12 million shares. Treasury stock increased to 5.14 million shares, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 353.26 million.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 5 June 2026, which authorises repurchases of up to 35.06 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 2.46 million shares, representing 0.70% of the company’s issued share count on the mandate date, leaving capacity for up to 32.60 million additional shares.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange requirements, LX Technology is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 16 August 2026.
