Robinhood Markets shares surged 5.23% during Thursday's intraday trading session, propelled by a series of significant product announcements and a bullish analyst update.

The primary catalyst was the public mainnet launch of Robinhood Chain, a specialized Ethereum Layer-2 blockchain network built on Arbitrum technology designed for tokenized real-world assets and decentralized finance. The company also introduced a new generation of Stock Tokens and expanded its crypto services with Robinhood Earn, a lending product offering an estimated 7% APY, and Agentic Accounts for AI-powered trading.

Concurrently, Mizuho Securities maintained its Outperform rating on Robinhood and raised its price target from $115 to $130, also adding the stock to its "top picks" list for July. The firm cited Robinhood's execution on new products and its potential for international expansion. The company is accelerating its global push, launching services in Europe, Canada, and Singapore, including commodities, ETF, and forex perpetual futures on its European platform.
