Casa Minerals Secures $430K from Warrant Exercise for Arizona and BC Exploration

Casa Minerals Inc. announced on Tuesday that it has raised total proceeds of $432,777.30 so far in 2026 through the exercise of approximately 4.45 million common share purchase warrants. These warrants were issued as part of the company's non-brokered private placements completed in April 2025 and February 2026, with each warrant exercisable for one common share at a set price.

Use of Proceeds: Prioritizing Core Project Drilling for 2026 The company stated that the net proceeds will be used to advance the 2026 exploration programs at the Congress Gold Project in Arizona and the Arsenault Copper-Gold-Silver Project in British Columbia, as well as for general working capital.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Casa Minerals, commented, "We sincerely appreciate the continued support from the warrant holders. This additional capital significantly strengthens our balance sheet and allows us to prepare for an active drilling and exploration season at our core projects in 2026."

Project Background and Future Outlook Casa Minerals is focused on the exploration of gold, silver, copper, and strategic minerals in North America. The company holds a 90% interest in the historic Congress Gold Project in Arizona and owns several projects in British Columbia. Recently, the company has acquired a substantial historical drilling database from the Congress project, completed desktop technical studies, and delineated three priority exploration targets in preparation for the upcoming drilling season.

In a news release, Casa Minerals stated it remains committed to creating shareholder value through the discovery and development of economic mineral deposits.
