Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it repurchased 48,000 H shares on 1 April 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging between HKD 23.78 and HKD 24.14 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 1.16 million. The volume-weighted average purchase price stood at HKD 24.08.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.014% to 328.75 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 7.60 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 336.35 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 30 May 2025, which authorises the repurchase of up to 31.96 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 4.78 million shares, equivalent to 1.46% of the company’s issued share base at the time the authority was granted.
In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Zylox-Tonbridge is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales until 1 May 2026.
