CapitaLand Ascendas REIT allocates 373.6 million Singapore dollars from equity raise to fund four acquisitions

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT (A17U) said on Apr, 10 2026 that it has deployed an additional 373.6 million Singapore dollars, or 41.4 % of the 903.5 million Singapore dollars raised in its recent equity fund raising, to part-finance four property acquisitions.

The proceeds were channelled to: • 113.6 million Singapore dollars for the purchase of 2 Pioneer Sector 1, Tuas Connection and 9 Kallang Sector in Singapore. • 57.9 million Singapore dollars for acquiring DHL Canal Winchester, a modern Class A logistics asset in Ohio, United States. • 108.6 million Singapore dollars for six Class A logistics properties in Barcelona and Madrid, Spain. • 93.5 million Singapore dollars for a 50 % stake in Ascent, a business park at Singapore Science Park 1.

After these allocations, 523.9 million Singapore dollars of the equity proceeds remain unutilised. Pending further deployment, 220.4 million Singapore dollars has been applied temporarily towards debt repayment.

The manager stated it will provide updates when the remaining funds are materially disbursed.
