Cumulative conversions since the start date of 5 September 2022 total 14,798 A shares, tied to RMB143,000 in bond principal, or 0.0011 % of Dynagreen’s pre-conversion share base. As of 30 June 2026, RMB2.36 billion—99.9939 % of the original issuance—remains outstanding and eligible for conversion until 24 February 2028.

The conversion price has been adjusted eight times—from RMB9.82 per share at issuance to RMB8.67 per share effective 8 July 2026—reflecting successive equity distributions and a restricted-share incentive scheme.
