Guoquan Food Declares RMB0.0503 Interim Dividend per Share for First-Half 2026

Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced an interim ordinary dividend of RMB0.0503 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The payout, covering the company’s 2026 financial year, is subject to shareholder approval at the meeting scheduled for 10 September 2026.

The Hong Kong ex-dividend date is set for 14 September 2026, with the books closing from 16 to 21 September 2026 to determine shareholder entitlements. The record date is 21 September 2026, and the dividend is slated for payment on 28 October 2026. The dividend will be distributed in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate and any withholding tax arrangements will be announced later.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar, located at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
