RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: RICK) has released its third-quarter fiscal 2026 sales figures for its club and sports bar operations, covering the period ending June 30, 2026. The company's Interim President and CEO, Travis Reese, attributed the overall sales growth of 4.0% primarily to the strong performance of the Bombshells brand, which saw gains from two new locations in Rowlett and Lubbock, Texas, as well as seven out of nine comparable stores.

Combined club and sports bar sales for the quarter reached $73.3 million, an increase of $2.8 million compared to $70.5 million in the same period last year. Within this total, the nightclub segment generated $62.5 million in sales, up 1.0% year-over-year, while the Bombshells segment posted sales of $10.8 million, reflecting a significant 25.9% increase.

Comparable Store Performance

A look at comparable store sales reveals Bombshells as a standout performer, with comparable sales rising 4.7%. The nightclub segment experienced a slight comparable sales decline of 0.8%, resulting in a combined comparable sales decrease of 0.2% for the total portfolio. For the nightclub business, 52 comparable stores out of 56 contributing locations generated $58.5 million in sales. Four newly acquired or opened locations added $4.0 million, which effectively offset a $1.2 million loss from four locations that were closed in the prior-year period. Within Bombshells, three new stores in Denver, Lubbock, and Rowlett contributed $2.5 million in sales, while the nine comparable stores produced $8.2 million.

Reese noted that nightclub sales growth was supported by high-profile professional basketball and football events. This robust sports calendar helped counterbalance the negative impact on discretionary spending from geopolitical uncertainty that was felt at the beginning of the quarter.
