STAR CM adds 243,500 shares to treasury, lifting buy-back tally to 0.79 million

STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed a further on-market share repurchase on 13 July 2026, acquiring 243,500 ordinary shares for treasury at prices between HKD 0.75 and HKD 0.86. The transaction amounted to HKD 0.18 million, based on a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.7555 per share.

Following the buy-back: • Issued shares (excluding treasury) fell 0.06% from 397.93 million to 397.68 million. • Treasury stock rose from 610,400 to 853,900 shares, now representing 0.21% of total issued equity of 398.54 million shares, which remains unchanged.

The purchase was executed under the general mandate approved on 18 June 2026 that authorises the company to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases since the mandate total 786,600 shares, equal to 0.20% of the issued share count on the mandate date. Under Hong Kong Exchange rules, STAR CM is restricted from issuing new shares or selling treasury stock until 12 August 2026.
