Shanxi Changcheng Microlight Equipment Co. Ltd. (CCOE, 08286) released a clarification announcement on 17 March 2026 to correct two typographical errors in its notice dated 13 March 2026 regarding the forthcoming board meeting.

The company confirmed that the meeting will be held on the originally scheduled date, but the weekday has been unified as “Monday” in both language versions. The Chinese version had previously stated “Sunday,” while the English version had shown “Thursday.” No other information in the earlier notice has been altered.

As of the clarification date, the board comprises eight directors: three executive directors (Mr. Song Zhenglai, Mr. Jiao Baoguo and Ms. Wang Lingling), two non-executive directors (Mr. Wu Bo and Mr. Yuan Guoliang) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Xu Yongfeng, Mr. Wang Weizhong and Mr. Rong Fei).
