Prudential plc Discloses Share Awards to Senior Management Under Global LTIP

Prudential plc (PRU) announced on Mar, 27 2026 that it has granted share awards to nine persons discharging managerial responsibilities under the Prudential Global Long Term Incentive Plan.

The awards, made on Mar, 25 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$110.70 per ordinary 5-pence share, will vest in four tranches: March 2027, March 2028 and two tranches in March 2029, with the final tranche subject to performance conditions.

Total shares awarded to each executive are as follows: • Anette Bronder, Chief Technology and Operations Officer – 91,440 shares • Ben Bulmer, Chief Financial Officer – 160,318 shares • Catherine Chia, Chief Human Resources Officer – 70,038 shares • Avnish Kalra, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer – 103,397 shares • Rajeev Mittal, Chief Executive Officer, Eastspring Investments – 50,157 shares • Angel Ng, Regional CEO, Greater China; Group Customer, Wealth and Product – 164,975 shares • Kenneth Rappold, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer – 63,184 shares • Naveen Tahilyani, Regional CEO, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, India, Africa; Group Agency and Health – 40,536 shares • Dennis Tan, Regional CEO, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar; Group Partnership Distribution – 78,696 shares
