GMR Solutions (GMRS.US), a leading U.S. provider of emergency medical and alternative site medical services, revised its proposed offering size for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO) on Tuesday, Eastern Time. The company is set to list on the NYSE on May 13, Eastern Time, and now plans to offer 31.9 million shares at $15 per share, aiming to raise $479 million. Previously, the company had intended to offer the same number of shares within a price range of $22 to $25 per share. Based on the midpoint of the adjusted range, GMR Solutions' expected proceeds are approximately 36% lower than prior expectations, with a fully diluted market capitalization of around $3.8 billion, a 31% decrease from earlier terms. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, GMR Solutions was formed through the merger of Air Medical Group Holdings and American Medical Response. It operates as a provider of emergency medical services and out-of-hospital care in the U.S. and international markets. The company delivers on-site clinical care through trained medical teams and coordinates air and ground ambulance transport for patients requiring higher-level treatment or directs non-emergency patients to lower-acuity care settings. Its services span a broad network of urban and rural communities, serving as an entry point to the healthcare system and supporting medical service delivery in various emergency and non-emergency situations. For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, GMR Solutions reported revenue of $5.7 billion. Joint bookrunners for the offering include J.P. Morgan, KKR, BofA Securities, Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Citi, Evercore ISI, Morgan Stanley, and UBS Investment Bank.
