iWOW Technology Limited said on May, 26 2026 that it expects to post a markedly higher operating performance for the financial year ended Mar, 31 2026, although a one-time fair value adjustment will keep the Group in the red.
Revenue is projected to climb 19% year on year to 41.3 million Singapore dollars, while operating profit before tax is set to jump 150% to 3.6 million Singapore dollars. Operating profit after tax is estimated at 2.8 million Singapore dollars, up from 1.3 million Singapore dollars a year earlier.
A final fair value adjustment of 4.4 million Singapore dollars for the contingent consideration tied to the 2023 acquisition of ROOTS Communications Pte Ltd will be recognised as an expense. Including this non-recurring item, the Group expects a loss before tax of 0.8 million Singapore dollars and a net loss after tax of 1.6 million Singapore dollars, narrower than the 1.8 million Singapore dollars loss recorded in FY2025.
The earn-out related to ROOTS Communications ends in FY2026 and had no cash impact on the period’s operations, the company noted.
Looking ahead, iWOW highlighted an order book of about 107 million Singapore dollars as at Apr, 2026, ongoing revenue from a 50 million Singapore dollars Wireless Alarm Alert System contract, and a “healthy project pipeline”. The firm also pointed to its recently announced plan to acquire therapeutic-nutrition provider The Gentle Group Pte Ltd and a partnership with social-engagement platform GetSetUp as part of its expansion into the longevity economy.
Unaudited full-year results are slated for release by May, 30 2026. The company advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities pending the detailed announcement.
