First Real Estate Investment Trust announces board and committee changes

First Real Estate Investment Trust said its manager, First REIT Management Limited, will implement several board and committee changes effective Apr, 05 2026.

Independent Director Tan Chuan Lye will cease to serve on the board, the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee (NRC) on that date.

The trust will appoint Independent Director Ferris Charles Bye, currently chairman of the ARC, as a member of the NRC from Apr, 05 2026.

Following these adjustments, the board will comprise: Christopher James Williams (chairman), Chan Pengee Adrian (lead independent director), Ferris Charles Bye, Martin Lechner, Minny Riady and Tan Kok Mian Victor.

The ARC will consist of Ferris Charles Bye (chairman), Chan Pengee Adrian and Martin Lechner, while the NRC will include Chan Pengee Adrian (chairman) alongside members Ferris Charles Bye and Minny Riady.
