HARMONY AUTO (03836) has announced that Mr. Liu Guoxun has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the board's audit committee and remuneration committee, due to work arrangements. Mr. Liu will continue to perform his duties until a new independent non-executive director is appointed.
