SMART FISH posts 2025 Annual Report and AGM documents online; shareholders may request printed copies

On 24 April 2026, Smart Fish Wealthlink Holdings Limited (“SMART FISH”, incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability) announced that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying Circular, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form (collectively, the “Current Corporate Communications”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.139hk.com) under the “Investor Relations” section.

Non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS may obtain printed versions of these materials by completing the Request Form enclosed with the notification letter and returning it to the company’s branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A pre-paid mailing label is provided for local postage. Once submitted, the instruction to receive hard-copy documents will remain in force for all future corporate communications unless the registrar is advised otherwise or the shareholder ceases to hold any shares.

Under the company’s definition, “Corporate Communications” cover all documents issued for the information or action of securities holders, including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
