First Service Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Sufficient Public Float in July 2026 Update

First Service Holding Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes to either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The group’s authorised share capital remained at 250.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0000002 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 50,000. Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.26 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold zero treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares stood at 1.26 billion at month-end, identical to the prior month’s level.

First Service confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 July 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued or lapsed during the month. The 2020 Share Option Scheme shows no outstanding options, while an unutilised capacity of up to 100.00 million shares remains available for future grants. No funds were raised from option exercises in July.

Chairman and Non-executive Director Zhang Peng submitted the filing to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 03 August 2026, affirming full compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
