Wan Kei Group’s July 2026 Share Capital Unchanged at 304.12 Million Shares, Public Float Fully Compliant

Wan Kei Group Holdings Limited reported in its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer that, as of 31 July 2026, both its authorised and issued share capital structures remained unchanged.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, representing total authorised capital of HKD 100.00 million. No increase or decrease in authorised shares was recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was steady at 304.12 million ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, the total number of issued shares also stayed at 304.12 million.

Wan Kei Group confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, and reported no new share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments during the period.

The company further affirmed that all statutory and regulatory obligations relating to its share capital, as detailed in the Exchange’s Main Board Rule 13.25C, have been duly fulfilled.
