Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 15,000 ordinary shares on Apr, 20 2026 at an average price of US$73.2874 per share.
The shares will be cancelled, trimming the company’s issued share capital to about 293.03 million ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson Holdings does not hold any treasury shares.
