ENN Energy: Morgan Stanley Net-Sells 11,480 Shares Amid Privatisation Scheme

Hong Kong’s Takeovers Executive has disclosed dealings in ENN Energy Holdings Limited shares linked to the group’s proposed privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

On 4 June 2026, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror—executed Delta-1 hedging transactions driven solely by client orders:

• Purchases: 1,600 ordinary shares for a total of $83,125.20, at prices ranging between $51.25 and $52.83.

• Sales: 13,080 ordinary shares for a total of $682,104.20, at prices ranging between $51.25 and $53.50.

The activity resulted in a net sale of 11,480 shares and net proceeds of $598,979.00. All trades were booked on Morgan Stanley’s own account.

The disclosure was filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers as part of the ongoing privatisation process for ENN Energy.
