On 7 July 2026, Dickson Concepts (International) Limited announced that its 2026 Annual Report, the circular dated 7 July 2026 containing the Notice of Annual General Meeting, and the 2026 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.dickson.com.hk) and the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) website (www.hkexnews.hk). English and Chinese versions of all corporate communications—except the ESG Report, which is exclusively in electronic form—can be accessed online.

To promote environmental sustainability, the company encourages shareholders to read these materials via the designated websites. Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer to receive printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications, can submit a completed request form to the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or via email at 113-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries and wishing to receive corporate communications electronically must supply a functional email address to their respective intermediaries. Until an email address is provided, the company will continue to send only hard-copy notices of publication.
