Social metrics • Customer-complaint ratio held at 0.01% of total patient visits; resolution rate reached 100%. • Employee training reached 797 personnel (78.53% of full-time staff); average 11.34 training hours per employee. • No work-related fatalities; occupational injuries resulted in 30 lost workdays. • Community investment in oral-health education totalled RMB 1.60 million, spanning 2,022 outreach activities.
