CaoCao repurchases 335,700 shares for HK$8.21 million; issued share count falls 0.06%

On 22 June 2026, CaoCao INC. executed an on-market buyback of 335,700 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying a total of HK$8.21 million. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$24.06 to HK$24.74 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HK$24.46.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.06% to 583.66 million, while treasury shares increased to 1.42 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 585.08 million.

The buyback forms part of a mandate approved on 8 June 2026 that authorises the repurchase of up to 58.30 million shares. Including the latest purchase, 756,900 shares—representing 0.13% of the issued share base at the mandate date—have now been repurchased under this authority.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, CaoCao is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 July 2026.
