Man Wah repurchases 2.00 million shares for HK$7.42 million

Man Wah Holdings Limited announced that it bought back 2.00 million of its own shares on-market on 8 June 2026 under the general mandate approved on 30 June 2025. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HK$3.68 to HK$3.76, using a total of HK$7.42 million (before brokerage and expenses).

The repurchased shares will be cancelled, reducing the company’s outstanding share count. Management cited “strong and healthy” operating cash flow and stated that the buyback is intended to enhance shareholder returns while reflecting the Board’s confidence in the company’s outlook.

Future repurchases remain at the Board’s discretion and will depend on market conditions. The company gave no assurance regarding the timing, volume, or pricing of any additional buybacks and advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its securities.
