Keppel Ltd. completes S$325 million 3.30% perpetual securities issuance

Keppel Ltd. announced the completion of its issuance of 325 million Singapore dollars in 3.30 percent subordinated perpetual securities, designated “Series 018”, under the company’s US$5.0 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme on Jun, 11 2026.
The Series 018 securities (ISIN: SGXF56799962, Common Code: 340878159) have received in-principle approval for listing and quotation on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, with trading expected to commence on Jun, 12 2026. Keppel noted that SGX-ST’s approval is not an indication of the merits of the company, its subsidiaries, the programme or the securities.
