CMS Announces RMB 0.1643 Interim Dividend per Share for 1H 2026, Payable on 8 September

China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) has declared an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.1643 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Based on the announced exchange rate of RMB 1: HKD 1.1561, the dividend equates to HKD 0.189 per share for shareholders on the Hong Kong register.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will manage dividend distribution from its Hopewell Centre office in Wan Chai.

The interim payout does not require separate shareholder approval. No withholding tax or convertible securities information was disclosed in relation to this dividend.
