CapitaLand India Trust issues 2.1 million new units for base fee payment

CapitaLand India Trust Management Pte. Ltd., the Trustee-Manager of CapitaLand India Trust, announced on May, 12 2026 that it has issued 2,105,753 new units to itself as settlement of 50% of its base management fee for the period from Jan, 01 2026 to Mar, 31 2026.

The units were issued at 1.0529 Singapore dollars each, equivalent to about 2.2 million Singapore dollars in value, based on the volume-weighted average traded price over the last ten business days of the relevant period. The remaining 50% of the base fee was paid in cash.

Following the issuance, the Trustee-Manager holds 116,970,172 units, while CapitaLand India Trust’s total units in issue have increased to 1,486,916,486.
